Information for Buyers

All images on the Footprint Images website are available as high resolution digital files for immediate download. You will need to register to access these images. Click on the “My Account” button above to register as a New Customer or if you have registered before just enter your Username and Password to login.

You are free to use the low-resolution comp images for layout of uses. For all other uses you will need to purchase the images. To save a comp click on the image to view your save options (Mac users click and hold, PC users – right-click). To set up a Lightbox of images simply click on the box labelled "Add to Lightbox". You can have up to 30 images in your lightbox.

You must calculate the price of an image before you can add it to your shopping cart. Click on the thumbnail of the image you want to purchase and either click on the "Calculate Price" text above the image or scroll down the page to the price calculator.

The options you choose in the calculator will affect the price, and will determine the terms of your licence to use the image. Select all the options relevant to your desired usage (there must be something entered into each option field, if there are no other options choose “N/A”) and click the Add to Cart button to add the image to your shopping cart.

Credit and debit card payments are processed for Footprint Images by Paypal. You do not need to be registered with them to make a payment, simply enter your credit or debit card details and the system is safe and secure. After making a payment through Paypal, you will be returned to the Footprint Images website – click on the My Account button and your image(s) will be available there for download along with a copy of the invoice.

If you prefer to pay on receipt of an invoice, we can arrange credit for up to 60 days. Discounts are also available for the purchase of multiple images and for regular customers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

To logout of the Footprint Images website return to the "My Account" page and click "Logout".

Please note that Footprint Images is an entirely digital archive – we do not hold transparencies. Where an image has the relevant model or property release, this is indicated under "Releases" on the low-res image page. If it states "N/A" under releases, then there is no release available for that image.
